*****ulent billing by mtn on the contract which expired in 2022 ref no: CA*** in February 2022

Last month I noticed a *****ulent debit order of R321.87 referenced: mtn billing. Mind you, the last contract I had with them expired in 2022 around January/February. Mtn used VVM attorneys for me to pay extra R525.00 in oder for the account to be closed properly. The amount was paid and the proof of payment was send to VVM attorneys who also closed their books and send the file to mtn. After 4 years, again in april 2026 through SSD attorneys mtn is trying the very same trick they played on me in 2022 for the very same contract which they had not closed due to their lazy consultants who failed to do their job, is trying the very same trick to get more money from me through SSD attorneys.I visited ssd in brynston on the 17th May. They say i must pay R4057.90, I asked what is this amount for? They couldn't explain and referred me to mtn. When I call mtn legal department, they always busy to take my call and refer me back to ssd. I do not owe mtn anything, they are double billing me for the mistake caused by their consultant who failed to close off the contract after i requested that it be closed. This is ***** and I promise ill taken it further, I know im not the only one going through this situation
