*****ulent advertising and dissappearing airtime

I'm only giving the 1 star because they exist. I can no longer count the number of times I've recharged with airtime only to find a balance of R0.00 after a few days. Even after trying to contact them, there are no corrective measures taken. Every time I try to buy data from their app using airtime, it doesn't allow me to and then proceed to take away my airtime. I considered switching from Vodacom to MTN in consideration of affordability of data deals, however I'll proudly stick with Vodacom, at least their advertising and dealings are honest.
