I have realized how unsafe it is to apply for a contract online via MTN.I app**** online for a device contract and my application still shoes as pending while Mondo said it was declined and it shows as pending.On the 22nd of May a sim only contract was taken in my name that I am unaware of and now I owe MTN.I was promised feedback on this query I will be contacting the ombudsman for this .It's frustrating because I believe this is definitely internal ***** by MTN workers.
