*****ulent activities of taking money and then say they can find you on the system

Took out a month to month home internet package. They took the money immediately from my back account. I have been calling them for the past 4 days, they refuse to assist me, and says they can't pick up anything. Sent multiple of emails, which different people were responding to who stated they refuse to call me to assist. The agents at the call center says they work from home and can't help from home.

Paid 599 for something that they can't find. *****ulent activities at it best. They refuse to investigate this matter to call to give any explanations. A bunch of ****s and rouges.
