*****ulent account with MTN ruined my credit profile

Someone took a cellphone iPhone pro max 15 with a contract, committed a ***** using my details, I saw debit order deducting money from my account Noone called me to confirm if it's me from the standard bank or MTN to confirm my details. I went to head office at MTN they told me they can't assist me if I don't have a case number and the application was made online, so at the police station they couldn't assist me with opening a case, because they want the scene of the crime,

MTN handed over my details to the debt collectors my credit profile is ruined, I wasted my money going up and down trying to fix this with MTN only to find they can't help me at the end.
