*****ulent account still open! 9 months later!

*****ulent account opened with my ID number. +/- 8 months ago an account was opened not by myself using my ID number. To stop harassment and being able to use my other account as well as blacklisting threats after zillions of calls, store visits, emails still no resolution the false account still active . I eventually had to pay. No refund, no follow up.....
