MTN is failing to provide me with an account paid up letter that was cancelled 2 years back.

Been getting emails that state that my account has been handed over and i am now owing R1,500. This is 2 years later after the account has been settled and cancelled.

Sent numerous emails, made calls with their consultants that all have a different explanation each time i address the issue!

Would never recommend this network to anyone! Very quick when they want to make sales but very slow at assisting with customer queries
