Complain about a ***** and a false account . Last year, around January, I visited the MTN Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria to inquire. I wanted to take a contract phone with them. After providing them with all the documents they requested from me, I was told that I do not qualify. Fine, I then went to a different service provider, and I was assisted, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Tell me why this morning, when I go through my e-mails, I find not 1, not 2, but 3 emails from MTN telling me that I owe them R6,533.53 for June and July 2025, which I'm supposed to pay on the 15th of July. A year and six months after rejection, I owe them for something I don't know. MTN must explain this to me .
