One of the consultants called saying am due for an upgrade because my router has expired ..so he asked if I was interested,of which I was…then it was delivered…then I started having network problems my lines were suspended till I called at MTN only to findout that I have 2 home routers …the guy opened a new contract instead of an upgrade on my old router…was shocked why it was not cancelled the old one ,they gave me a number to call it’s was not going through had to wait for weekend to end then called on Monday am told am late I have exceeded the days to return the new router
