DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!! DO NOT TAKE OUT THE MONTH TO MONTH LTE DEAL!!!! JUST DON'T USE THEM AT ALL!!!! There are so many hidden costs when taking out the month to month LTE deal that they do not disclose. I paid more connection fees with MTN than with RSA Web. For you to cancel this month to month deal you have to return the router back to a specific MTN store (not all of their stores accepts the returns) and it can take them a minimum of 30 days to cancel it. It took a month and a half with mine which resulted in them debiting me for a device and service that I no longer had in my possession. Now almost three months later and they have not processed my refund. You can't call them, the options menu does not take you through to speak to a consultant. You email them and they take days to respond and always comes up with excuses. Send them a message on social media and they give you reference number and say sorry we are attending to your query or like with the last message they told me I must phone a third party for my refund but MTN has my money. They are committing *****. They take customers money with no means of ever refunding them. I am not the only customer this is happening to. I will also not stop until I get my refund.
