When I app**** telephonically for a Home Internet Pro 5G Promo Monthly on 28 March, I was informed that I have to pay upfront R450 for pro rata the last days of March and the upfront payment for April. WHich I did. The lady then informed me that the contract is R399 a month, which I accepted.

Now I get an account of almost R800???????
