Uitenhage MTN

On 2nd May 2020 went into MTN Market Street Uitenhage for an upgrade. Due to the incompetency of the Staff at the Branch my entire Cell Phone Contract has been messed up and changed. After numerous complaints to 135 and various other Branches in the Port Elizabeth area NOTHING has been sorted out. I am now receiving minutes and a sms bundle for a package I am not even on and the best part is that it wasn't even my cellphone number that I went to upgrade! On their system two packages are reflecting on my account, one for my cell phone number and the other for the phone I wanted to upgrade. Oh and the VERY BEST part is that the number that was upgraded was a number that doesn't belong to any of my phones, its an unknown number!! God alone knows what I am going to be billed for when the Statement arrives!! I Will NEVER recommend Uitenhage MTN to anyone.
