Uhappy client

Good day im very frustrated by Mtn they delivered phones that are not working sent them to repair with Mtn and they taking me to from pillar to post not assisting at all while im paying them every month. Spoke to an agent who advised they transferring me to the correct department and all the time the line droped and they dont call back while im using airtime. Im not impressd at all ill be ending an on going relationship just because of the service. They dont take care of loyal customers while there is so many competitors who can do better then them they just expensive for nonsense.
