UFAITHFUL SALES AGENT

I am an unhappy customer who has waited several months for my insurance claim to be finalized as it was already delayed. The sales person that has been assisting me with my claim caused the payment delay providing me with incorrect information until the insurance company suspended the claim. Now I am to write ridiculous reports on the cause of delay while the sales person dealing with the claim has stepped back, fully putting blame on my side as the client.
