Udgrade Deal not on System

I am due for an upgrade and went into the Ferndale on Republic Store on 05 August. Due to system issues, I left and agent advised she will call when upgrade is done. On Friday I was advised the systems are still down. Saturday I was informed that the System issue is actually not that at all but that the August deal that I want (it's printed in the August 2021 brochure) is not loaded into the system yet. Today I called and yet the deal is still not loaded. This is ridiculous. How do you advertise a deal but not load it to the system??? Please sort this out!!!
