U can never ever ever get it right ever.....the first time

<p>I am battling now for weeks to get itemised billing from June 2016 to date on my account. The 2x 083-numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>My bookkeeper and I gave up on this now eventhough I have been charged for it already. Now I asked for my normal tax invoice /statements from May 2016 to date. Hell another nightmare.....I mail the request from my e-mail address that u have on record and I get a mail back requesting all my personal details including my pin for security purposes. Honestly and what if my email gets hacked. How awesome is your freaken security? Why the hell can u guys never ever get any ****** query right the first time. I've also asked pls remove my voicemail......hell its been months.....I still have voicemail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do u people actually care about the feedback u get or ur costomers. Do u have no pride in anything u do?</p>
