Tzaneen MTN Shop -********** Contract Debt

I went to a tzaneen store to buy a cellphone. Upon my arrival I enquired about the phone I was looking a Gold Samsung J7 with dual SIM card. I was told that they don't have that colour but there was a different colour available. I agreed to take and signed the contract. During the processing of the deal I was informed that the phone does not take two SIM cards but only one. I then indicated to the sales representative that I will not be taking the phone as it does not take two SIM cards. Then I left the phone in the store and left.

Today on the 16/02/2017 I visited the polokwane branch to buy the phone I was initially looking and was shockingly surprised when I was told that I owe mtn an amount of R5600 for cancelled contract. This shocked me because the ink did not even dry on the contract before I informed the sales rep that I don't want the phone. This is very scary as I'm now listed as a debtor for a phone that I don't even have.

Stay at away from MTN they'll de***** you should have a change of heart about what you want.!!!This is very dissapointing from such a reputable service provider.
