MTN South Africa provides ****ty service I must say, you will log a query with them 2 days later they will close it without even a call, all their call center agents also provide *** customer service. you'd swear they find them by the street corner,no training, zero patience and empathy, no customer service non whatsoever spoke to Anelisiwe just now she even said " its my pleasure" after i said "thanks for nothing" I'm sooooooo done with them 14 years of loyalty but u get thanked with a plate of *****I won't even get a call even after this post!!!let's wait and see # ref 1- ***# Badservice ***
