****ty service no one knows what they doing
<p>I'm fed with Mtn in October I was triple debited 4 10 GB I apparently took ...with who..I wonder only Mtn knows on the 21st October I spoke you Lerato /Palesa who said Fezile will look into this matter nd get back to me....dololo 2 weeks ago spoke 2 stupid Smangele who ddnt help bt gave me attitude instead then spoke to Thulisile Zungu who sd Thabisile Tshangase is the person responsible for all of this they will listen to call nd get back to me was given ref ********** 70 ...a week later I followed up spoke to team leader Kgomotso Mpshe who sd he will follow up with team leader I'm Dbn Razak Sameer guess what I'm still waiting ..now today just now I called Sphelele in Dbn made me hold then hung up on ...wow that's what I call great service well done Mtn maybe Mr Ceo Rob Shuter will sort this out??????</p>
