MTN handed my account over to Saya Recoveries and I paid on the 9 November and received paid up letter from Saya Recoveries and I sent the letter to MTN to reconnect my line cause they suspended it. Till today they haven’t activated my line. I’ve been calling both MTN and Saya Recoveries and none of them can help me but my money is with them. Saya recoveries said they paid MTN and they don’t know why they haven’t activated my line. MTN on the other side is saying they haven’t received payment. But what about they paid up letter from the company they handed me over to? Doesn’t that mean anything to them? Mpho Moleko is the MTN agent that I spoke with.
