****ty Service received from Quinton Govender from Norkem Park. I upgraded my contract through MTN direct after failing to finalize an application with the Norkem Park Store. Now they are still holding that against me and even refusing to replace an iPhone charger I bought from them a month ago that is not working anymore yet still under warranty. Their service throughout has been ****py even when one is there to pay for the contract, a ****ty store with *********** staff! Totally useless. Disgusted by this service.
