Can you please advise why I have been listed with the credit bureau for defaulting payment when my account was supposed be closed in December 2020 and I spent the whole of last year asking for you to close the account with no success. I have receipts where I was told it was cancelled but still got calls from credit collectors which I would inform of the situation as well. How am I being listed when I have done everything in my power to get you to closed the account when my contract ended???
