Went to Tzaneen lifestyle MTN store, PATHETIC SERVICE YOUR CONSULTANT PROVIDED.Main purpose was to port my number or get a sim contract. I had the rudest consultant that insisted on giving me one word answer . When she told me I can’t port with the SIM card that I wanted and proceeded to continue up she did not explain in between her frowns with every question.

She barely explains options or if it’s a once off SIM card, and why would I want a a sim card worth R149. I thought I’m getting a R99 data contract sim only .I was shocked that no banking statement or banking details are being required . Nothing was explains between her heavy gum chewing and frowns . Why do you guys have consultants that barely want to explain your products! What is she there to do , throw attitude!!! She didn’t want to explains nothing or clear nothing up until the point of me swiping the amount . She said everything is approved meaning it can’t be reversed. Pathetic consultant. And now after all that ****ty service she wants to clarify what I wanted . WHAT THE HELL!!!!
