****TY PROCESS TO GET A CLEARANCE LETTER FROM MTN

Took a contract phone in 2022, i couldn`t even use the phone two days because i had set a thumbprint for security but the next day it was asking for a pin. Took it to two MTN stores and not even an instore technician could do hard reset on the device. My sister took the phone on my behalf to MTN Westgate mall and they said they will book it and send reference via sms on my phone. Then days went by i went to enquire instore and for a moment they didn`t know where the phone was. It was found and booked-in in my presence. I had to cancel the contract via Mondo since they are the third party, but now the problem is that i am struggling to get clearance letter from MTN since they appear on my credit profile
