I was offered to upgrade a contract, on the time when I agreed to upgrade it I was offered a very good package and I accepted it. But when I get the data only to find that it wasn’t what I was offered.. I phoned about it then I was told that the recording between me and the consultant is requested and they will phone me once it’s received.. till today I’m on a package that I never agreed to.. and no one is phoning me regarding my concern
