****ty and unprofessional service by Sbongile latha MTN hyde park!

I went to the store on 05/12/19 was assisted by sihle at the hyde park store. I was adding a contract on my company existing contracts “Mmbara dental Hygienists”. According to sihle’s words i was advised the contract will get its outcome in 2-24hrs which did not happen and i called the office after 24hrs and spoke to sbongile latha who gave me ****ty and unprofessional service ever. At first she said they tell customers 2-24hrs whereas it can take more than that and she advised it can even take over 48hrs depending on affordability. This human being kept contradicting herself and she did not know anything about what she was talking about and to me it confirmed that she suggested that MTN lies to customers whereas they know they can take longer than the time given to customers. Im extremely ****ed at the service that i am getting and i dnt know what needs to happen for me to recommend mtn services or that of its branch!
