Two weeks and still not activated
It is nearly two weeks now since I app**** to move my cell number from Vodacom to an MTN contract. I still don't have my sim card, even though the dealer said my application was approved.
Last week I also sent an e-mail requesting the immediate cancellation of my application, as I am not prepared to switch to a company that is so tardy when it comes handling new customers' applications. I have still not received any feedback from you.
I decided to give MTN a chance because of your reasonable prices, despite what several people I know had to say about you. But I think I should rather stay with Vodacom now.
As stated in my e-mail requesting cancellation, I will NOT accept any charges from you and I want an immediate cancellation of my application and a guarantee that my phone number will no longer be ported through.
