Two months ago i upgraded my wifi transmitter and for some reason they never took payment at end of September

Two months ago i upgraded my wifi transmitter and for some reason they never took payment at end of September. Then at end October they took a double payment which i expected...BUT they took 2x double payments.i queried mtn and was told to pull one back from my bank which i did and was charged R40?? At my expense.Lo and behold this month end of November my service has been suspended?? On querying MTN they could find no problems my payment was correct but someone at headoffice had decided to greylist my services. 6 hours later still no service and now told it will take 24 hours to rectify
