Two issues one is not receiving statements, and other is applications

My wife has a contract with mtn , and everymonth we have to go the the store to pay the account once it is cut , we have lost count of how many time we asked them to send us statements so we can eft , but they never do

Then i wen to apply for a contract with them , and they say an account of mine is with there legal department,

only problem is i had an account with them like 5 years ago , of which i paid the account in full about 6 months in advance , so i have never had an account with them after that , yet i called them and informe them about this on the 18/8/2017 REF ********** 53 they said they will get back to me this is a month later ,

MTN feels they can ***** with a persons credit rating and they dont realize that this can cause serious problems for a person , as i have a pretty good record with my credit , and they are messing my name up ,

i have gotten a call to inform me they have my account with legal , no email no letters nothing
