TV not delivered to date in over 3months

I took the contract out at the gateway store - no feedback regarding when I could expect my TV. Lodged several queries - no feedback. Tried to call the store - no answer. Tried to call customer care and Head Office - told me to call the store even though I told them the store doesn't pick up. Logged a complaint on Hello Peter - no feedback from mtn. it is now well over 3 months and the TV has still not been delivered and there is no communication from a telecommunications provider!!! Absolutely Pathetic!!!!!!
