Turnaround times not met
Good day,<br> <br> I was ****** a week ago and haven't had a phone for a week. I am struggling to meet daily meetings. Mtn insurance response said turnaround time is 5 days and today is the 5th day but I have gotten no feedback when mtn staff at rivonia mtn said turnaround will be 24-48 hours . This is unacceptable when words aren't kept by companies. Reference number received on response was ***7. Kindly follow up
