turn around time sucks

i have been trying to cancel my contract since the 15th of March i waited until the 28th April to get feedback on the cancellation amount. i made payment and my phone is still off even though their turnaround time for Retention's department says 2-3 working days. when you call in the call center which they say you can if your query is urgent they can do absolutely nothing for you because apparently retention's on does emails. I JUST WANT TO BE DONE WITH MTN ALREADY YOU SERVICE SUCKS AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MTN
