Trying to renew Contract
On Sunday I visited MTN's shop in ****arney Mall, Riviera Road. I asked about renewing my contract, which is about the expire. The lady there said she would get back to me on Monday. So far nothing has happened. I did email MTN's customer care - 9 emails. They always seem to refer you to something else. MTN presumably does not want people to have contracts with them.
