Trying to pay the correct amount
I upgraded my MTN contract in October 2015. My previous contract I used to pay R250 and should now be paying R550, but I did not pay this amount yet. I have been trying the last 3 weeks to get MTN to take the correct amount but it seems impossible. I am trying to avoid back billing because I know in a years time when they wake up it will all be deducted at once. Please help me pay you!!!
