Trying to get a contract. Big promises! Nothing is happening
I have been trying since 7 Feb 18 to get an extra contract on my existing contract with Kgabo Molokomme he keeps promising but nothing happens, no feedback as to why it is taking so long and then MTN declines the applications because the process it taking too long! Its the 21st now and I still dont have any answers

28 Feb 2018, 12:47Good day, its now Wednesday 28 Feb, the last day of the special available on MTN. I have placed my order on the 7th.
I have been dealing with Sandele Mpela and Friday he said he will get back to me. I have tried phoning and email but I cannot get hold of him and he does not phone me back.
I cannot understand that MTN is throwing business away like this. How can MTN just not get back to a long standing customer??????
This is really unacceptable!
I want this matter sorted out please
