Trying to debit without my approval for 9 years ago!

I did not get an answer to this question. I would like an answer and a solution please:

Why is MTN trying to debit R137 additional to my invoice amount that apparently was due 9 years ago when my account have been up to date for all these years?

I want a refund of this amount and an explanation please.
