Trying to debit without my approval for 9 years ago!
Why is MTN trying to debit R137 additional to my invoice amount that apparently was due 9 years ago when my account have been up to date for all these years?
I want a refund of this amount and an explanation please. I also want to know why you are trying to charge me R1,798.55 twice, once on the 25th and once on the 30th of this month. Why did you not see that this will be a problem and how are you going to fix it?
