Trying to cancel data MTN contract since 23/06/201
I have been trying to cancel a data only MTN contract since 23 June 2015. I have emailed, faxed, emailed, faxed, phone, emailed again et cetera, but to date still no joy. I have even paid the cancellation fee as requested, however what is one still to do in terms of finding out when MTN will cancel your contract

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced, according to our records the quotation for early termination fees was R 258.00 i.e R 119.00 for the monthly subscription and R 139.00 un-billed invoice. There's only a payment of R 139.00 which was made on the 02-09-2015.
