Trying to cancel contract

Hi,<br> I'm trying to cancel a contract. I submitted the issue on to the retention offices at mtn via calling them and emailing them. They would get back to me within 3 working days. I have submitted it on the 2nd Feb 2015 and still awaiting for a response.<br> whats the use of calling and emailing or even going to the shop and been given a time limit which the problem will be solved in if the requirements aren't being met.
