Trying to cancel both my contracts
I have emailed to cancel both my mtn contracts and was told to call the 808 and select option 4. I have been trying to contact the call centre with no luck at all. Waiting over 10 minutes and no one answers the calls. How the hell are you supposed to cancel your contract.
The services from MTN is pathetic. I don't even know how MTN can be in business.
I want both my contracts cancelled ASAP!
