Trying to cancel additional contract not needed an
I have 3 contracts with MTN of which I only use 2 . <br> The contract in dispute expired in first half of 2014 and I am battling to get the contract cancelled in order not to pay the subscription. no service provider branch I visited were able to assist me ,as the keep referring me to call the MTN customer care line (808). This number keep on cutting out after holding for a while and MTN does not respond to any e-mails other than by the Auto-reply. since all my contracts is on one debit order I can not stop it at my bank and therefor am loosing money every month. I hope this will help people not to join on any MTN contract as they seem to be unwilling to cancel once you are signed up.
