Trying to cancel a month-to-month with MTN - they just ignore you.

I've sent in multiple emails and messages on social media asking for a contract to be cancelled and MTN just ignore them, and actually keep asking me to upgrade. When I ask the people to cancel they say they'll do it or just hang up.
