TRYING TO CANCEL A CONTRACT SINCE MARCH!!!!!!!!!

Been trying to cancel a contract since March, paid the early cancellation fee, did everything they requested, but they keep deducting every month!!!! I keep emailing i have tried on Facebook messenger and they keep saying they have escalated and no-one gets back to me, but every month they happy to deduct off my account!! SHOCKING SERVICE MTN... MONEY GRABBERS..
