Trying to cancel a contract

it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a contract with this company. Have visited 2 branches and was told to call. I have phoned EIGHT times this afternoon. I was on hold with a 'service champion' for over 20 minutes before my call was cut off. Phoned back repeatedly and get transferred into space where nobody answers. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS LACK OF SERVICE
