Trying to cancel a cell phone contract with MTN!
Has anyone ever succeeded cancelling a contract? Hours of listening to dreadful music and only answered once, because they were offline and couldn't help anyway!!!!

15 Oct 2021, 10:09Believe it or not, I tried phoning again, actually forgot the phone was still playing that awful music for about 45 mins and got an answer!!! Have been able to cancel!! Algorithms??
