Trying to access services impossible
My phone is locked, trying to unlock it for a week. Been to the Mrn shop with no luck as they are always offline. Self service on the app is impossible as I cannot acess it. Keeps on syaing it has an error. Cannot transfer topup as it is not accepted by the service provider. Cannot access from my vodacom phone, that by the way always works!!!!! Mtn is utterly pathetic!!!

Kindly be advised that you need to contact our data support desk on *** regarding the error you are receiving when trying to access the Self-service on the app. Please be advised that the call to *** is free from an MTN network sim card and chargeable from another service provider
