TRYING TO ACCESS MY MTNLOADED EMAIL

Kindly assist as I am encounting a serious problem that need to be addressed asap , i have sent a query through to MTN customer care on the 9th of September 2021 and they got back to me on the 23rd of the same month with non-convincing statement

Stating: Please be advised from the 14th October 2020, MTN has decommissioned the MTN Email Address service. This service was offered to customers for free, however, there has not been much uptake in use of the service in the last year.

I understand there has not been much uptake in use of the service in the last year, my problem is that my Mtnloaded email address was my back up account and my personal account were i use to save each and every important info including cases that need to be attended to the coming next week.

There is an important info that i need from the mail for the event taking place the coming week, if i had known or been made aware of the decommissioning , i would have made sure that i do back up my info
