Hello DBN786,

We are truly sorry sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

We've now perused your account and see that there is an amount of R228.53 overdue for 30 days for your invoice dated the 13th of June 2015. The payment of R70.00 made on the 25th of June 2015 was for the remaining balance on your invoice dated the 13th of May 2015 after we received a payment of R600.00.

Your account payment method is currently on cash and as a cash paying customer you have 21 days to make a payment for billed invoices.

In order for us to provide you with an accurate early termination fee. We will need to obtain the make and model of the device that you received with the SIM card. Please send us an e-mail to *** and we will get our Cancellations Department to assist you promptly.

We have also now checked the services on the number in question and see that the SIM card number was purged on the network. We have now reset the number and you will need to reboot your device with the SIM card inserted.

Regards
Tim
