Try and cancel an MTN account!
At end of February 2015 I cancelled my two MTN data contracts. I however continued to be billed by MTN even though I no longer use their service. MTN stated to me that accounts in arrears cannot be cancelled - their internal policy. MTN had a debit order on my bank account, and they collected what was due. So how can there be arrears? In the ensuing six or seven months, MTN keep billing me for the service which I no longer use, and they have made many deductions from my account, some of which I returned. Now I have an \outstanding bill"with MTN for either R2 500 or R3 100 (no one in MTN can give me the exact amount). I have e-mailed"
