Trouble in Thailand

<p>we have been customers with MTN for 15-20 years. Always pay on time. My husband arranged with MTN call center for international call and data roaming and also went to a branch to confirm all in order. His phone worked in dubai, but now for some reason in Thailand is not working. He's tried to call from a land line to the call center 808 and tech support on 1555 but the call is not going through. I have tried to sort it out from my side, but they are adamant I cannot do it, he has to, but how when the phone is a useless brick and the hotel phone says the international number dialed is incorrect!!!! What happens if something happens to him?? He cannot get hold of ANYONE! I find the lack of understanding more than disgusting. I just need some assistance for him in getting his phone to work. How the call center refuses to help me is beyond me. Surely someone's safety is paramount? Or perhaps MTN have been happy to take our money every month for the last 15 years, but not happy to help a distraut wife and little boy with no way of contacting her husband! Shame on you!!! I will definitely find another provider who is better at this than you!!!!</p>
